In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to our guests, We do require 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with us. A 50% fee of services booked will be due. no-shows will be charged 75% of services booked. Please note this also means you changing your mind day of your appointment to go with a different service than what was booked. We book out a specific amount of time for each client. If you continue to cancel last minute or no show you will no longer be able to book an appointment. Deposits ( booking fees)are non refundable. If you reschedule an appointment more than 2x your booking fee will be forfeited and a new one will have to be put down. Deposits must be paid within 24 hours of booking your appointment. Thank you!
